  • Can I shop from your stores except shopping over the Internet?

We provide services in Istanbul and Erzurum as Nusret Jewelry with two stores in both cities. You can reach our contact information on our web site from my store section. You can find our products in your city, in our partners. To be able to reach our partners please contact with us.

  • Can I shop from all over the turkey?

You can order the products you choose over the nusrettaki.com, from all over the Turkey. Furthermore you can shop from our partners in your city, please contact us for our partners information.

  • Can I shop from Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) and overseas? You work with which international shipping company?

We can delivery orders from abroad and from TRNC. We are working with FedEx and UPS shipping to international submissions.

  • How long will it take to have my order?

Shipping may vary depending on product delivery time. Some of the design elements, such as the preparation of our products and adjusting the ring size affects the shipping time.

  • Which will be the courier service for domestic orders? How can I track my order after it ships?

  • My order still did not reach me. What should I do?

Shipping tracking number is automatically mailed to your e-mail address when your order ships. You can follow step by step your shipment with the shipping tracking number that we send to you. In case you can not reach your shipping tracking number you can contact with support team with an e-mail to info@nusrettaki.com.

  • What should I do in case of incorrect or incomplete order?

Be sure to check your order, open the package when you received it with the cargo shipping officials. If you find any errors or mistake please contact with us immediately. If the package has been opened or damaged by cargo firm, report it to the authorities of cargo firm and contact with us immediately.

Transfer / EFT

  • How can I exchange a product purchased from nusrettaki.com?

Personalized designs such as names written models that you take from our country and stock market depended products such as golds and diamonds cannot be exchanged. If the exchange in the product because of an error in the product the shipping fee belong to us but the exchange reason is different shipping will be belong to you.

Changes should include the following requirements in order to make your purchase.

- From delivery date, you must send the bill to us with the product within a week.
- You should not give any damage to the product.
- Products must send it along with all accessories.
- You must fill in the forms change.
* If there is any manufacturing defect in the name written models, this will be compensated, but we do not accept returns or exchanges.
You must contact with us from online support section on our pages in case of faulty product you buy through our website within 7 days from the date of delivery. Following this information defective products which will be provided us with the shipping company, will be replaced with new ones. If the error occurs when customer use of the product ordered or used items, within 7 days will not be changed. In terms of product return and replacement, 4077 in accordance with Law on Consumer Protection applications is essential.
  • Can I cancel my order?

For all products except personalized designs you get from our company cancellation of orders can be made.

  • What about warranty terms?
All products are under warranty if the manufacturer stated otherwise.  For cargo delivery warranty may apply please check your delivery and do not take delivery if you see any damage on product. Changes made on the product, the product deformability of the original design is beyond the warranty.
