About Membership

 

To become a member of our store, simply go to our Member Transactions page and fill in the relevant sections. It is very important that you fill in your member information correctly and completely in order to avoid communication and transportation problems. Please fill in your information carefully and completely in order for the products and services to arrive quickly and healthily.

 

Becoming a member is a very simple and fast process. Becoming a member does not mean that you are under any obligation. You have the right to terminate your membership at any time. However, please read the Sales Agreement carefully before shopping.

 

Membership Cancellation

 

The member has the right to terminate his membership at any time. After you terminate your membership, all your relationship with our site will be severed. Your information will not be kept on record.

 

To terminate your membership, you must submit your request from our contact information page after logging in as a member.

 

 

Membership cannot be cancelled in the following cases;

 

 1 - If 60 days have not passed since the member's last order

 2 - If a membership cancellation request was made with a different e-mail address

 3 - If the member cannot be reached from his/her registered information

 

Membership is cancelled by us in the following cases;

 

 1 - If the member sends immoral messages or writes comments

 2 - If the member has attempted fraud

 3 - If the member has attempted to damage the system or nusrettaki brand

 

Member Safety

 

All kinds of measures have been taken in our store for the safety of the member. In addition to these measures, you are responsible for the security of your member information. Do not share your information you use to log in to our store with anyone, do not log in to the system from computers that you are not sure are secure.

 

Different Address

 

There is an address section for each member to enter a different shipping address other than their registered address when finalising an order. You can use the address section when sending gifts to your friends, as well as when you are at different addresses.

 

For example During the periods when you will be in different branches of the company you work for or when you stay at the cottage. Or if you want your invoice to reach you but the delivery to a friend.

Product Reviews

 

Each member can write comments on products. As you share your knowledge and experience with other users, your shopping will be more enjoyable and conscious. Since customer comments will be impartial and based on experience, a more conscious shopping environment will arise.

 

When writing product comments, take care to write comments that respect other users and the manufacturer of the product within the framework of general ethical rules. Comments are reviewed and comments that are not deemed appropriate are deleted from the system.
