EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
Exchange happens and under what circumstances?
Personalized designs* you get from our company (name written models) are except from exchange. If the exchange reason is an error in the product, shipping fee belong to us. But if there will be a different reason for your exchange, shipping fee will be yours.

Return or exchange items must be shipped to following adress

In order to make an exchange your purchasing should include the following requirements;

- You must send the bill to us with the product within a week from delivery date.
- You should not give any damage to the product
- Products must send it along with all accessories
- To exchange you will need to provide information by calling the phone number  +90 212 527 36 45.

*If there is an manufacturing defect in personalized design it will be compensated, but returns or exchanges does not accept for personalized designs.

RETURN POLICY
There is no right of return for some valuable items, such as products that traded in the stock market ( gold, diamınd, sapphire etc)

When is the last day for return?
In general, Returns delivery date seven (7) day period without damaging the products, and also you should specified in the results your return reason.

What are the conditions for return?
Below, you can find the items should be send with the return item. It is not allowed to return without those conditions.
